Wednesday 12 September 7pm
Meeting to form Senior Members Committee, anyone
aged 13 to 25 can come along and have a say in the activities provided and help run the club.

Initial meeting to form new KYC Management Committee

On Thursday 6th September 7.30pm an initial meeting to form new KYC Management Committee will be held, more details to follow. It is the duty of the Management Committee to safeguard the interests of the members by ensuring the premises, finances and leadership are fit for purpose; it is notits role to supervise activities on a nightly basis. The Management Committee meets on average once every six weeks, without a Management Committee in place KYC cannot continue. We thank those who have indicated a willingness to get involved and invite them and any other interested parties to come along without obligation on 6th September. It would be helpful if we knew who was attending as information packs will be distributed. After this initial meeting the Management will meet again on 18th September to transact relevant business and begin its cycle of meeting once every six weeks.
